Crest 3D Whitestrips are a-mazing. I purchased two weeks worth and after 7 days my teeth had already improved by several shades.

The best thing about this kit is the natural and quick results. There are so any advantages to buying strips over a product that uses UV light.

I was hesitant at first after seeing all the UV kits on Instagram but this application is easy and doesn't damage your teeth. At most the kit increases sensitivity but using pro sensitive toothpaste will reduce this.

My kit was purchased on Amazon for just over £25 which is unbelievably cheap! The affects are long lasting and noticable.

You can choose to leave the strips on for 30 minutes to an hour. I went for an hour each time over 7 consecutive days.

Below shows a Snapchat picture of me while whitening (I tried to take normal photos but this was the best I could get!). Even though I have a filter on the image, my teeth's colour is the same.
