My friend cancelled our holiday. So I went anyway.
Four years, nine countries and 40 cities later, I’ve gone from being convinced solo travel was terrifying to actively planning trips around doing things alone.
From getting lost in Madrid to navigating a snowstorm in Japan without my phone, travelling solo has pushed me far further out of my comfort zone than I ever expected. Here’s why I’m now completely hooked!
